Bai Tu Long Bay is located in the North East of Vietnam, including hundreds of islands of different sizes, many large islands are inhabited such as Van Don, Quan Lan, Ban Sen, Ngoc Vung and coastal areas Ben Do, Door Ong. People mainly live by fishing, breeding and breeding aquatic species.

According to the history: “When Vietnamese people was invaded by foreigners, Jade Emperor sent a mother dragons and her babies got down to the world to help people fight the enemy. When the enemy ships came out from the sea, the Dragon had released countless jewels and turned into thousands of rocks on the sea, creating a solid wall to block enemy ships. The crew of the invaders were crashed into each other. After the war, the mother dragon and her babies do not return to heaven but stay in the world where the battle took place. The position of mother Dragon down is Ha Long, Dragon baby down is Bai Tu Long. The tail of the dragon flocked to the white water was Long Vi (Tra Co peninsula today) with fine sand and more than a dozen kilometers long. ”
